Kim Cattrall to Star as Makeup Mogul in Netflix Drama Series GLAMOROUS
Five-time Emmy-nominated "Sex and the City" star Kim Cattrall has signed on to star in Netflix's upcoming series "Glamorous". Written and executive produced by Jordon Nardino, the show was originally ordered as pilot at The CW in 2019, but in the end Netflix picked up the show for a 10-episode order.

"Glamorous" tells the story of Marco Mejia, played by actor, singer and YouTuber Miss Benny, a gender non-conforming queer person who goes to work for cosmetics queen Madolyn Addison (Cattrall). The job is Marco's first chance to figure out what he wants out of life, and what it really means to be queer.

The show will shoot in Toronto starting in July. Damon Wayans Jr. and Kameron Tarlow of Two Shakes Entertainment will also executive produce, while CBS Studios will produce.

Cattrall recently played the narrator on Hulu's "How I Met Your Father", and also starred in Peacock's "Queer as Folk" reboot. She is next set to star alongside Robert De Niro in the Lionsgate drama "About My Father".
