After being delayed from January due to an Omicron-fuelled surge in COVID-19 cases in the US, the 64th annual Grammy Awards took place Sunday night in Las Vegas (for the first time ever), at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Trevor Noah returned as the host. Most of the awards were presented at the premiere ceremony, held before the telecast.
Jon Batiste won the most awards, with five, followed by Silk Sonic with four trophies. Olivia Rodrigo won three, including Best New Artist and Pop Vocal Album.
