The box-office reign of "The Batman" has ended for now as Paramount's adventure romantic comedy "The Lost City" starring Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum scores a solid debut.

"The Lost City" claimed the top spot this weekend at the box-office with $31 million from 4,253 theaters. The film, which is a throwback to the 1980s classic "Romancing the Stone", received positive reviews from critics (76% Rotten Tomatoes), and seems to have connected with moviegoers ("B+" CinemaScore). Overseas, the film raked an additional $3.7 million.
"The Batman" finished in second place with $20.5 million, dropping 44% in its fourth weekend. The film's domestic tally has now reached $331.9 million, while the overseas total is now at $240.9 million. It all adds up to $672.9 million worldwide.
In third place we find the Indian epic "RRR", which opened with $9.5 million from 1,200 theaters.
"Uncharted" ranked fourth this weekend with $5 million, dropping just 36%. The film has grossed a total of $133.5 million domestically and $223.9 million overseas for a worldwide total of $357.4 million.
The Top 5 is rounded out by the anime film "Jujutsu Kaisen 0: The Movie" with $4.5 million. Its North American total now stands at $27.7 million.
Another new release, the Naomi Watts thriller "Infinite Storm" opened in tenth place with $751,296 from 1,525 theaters.
In other news, "Spider-Man: No Way Home" finally crossed the $800 million milestone domestically. The film finished in eighth place in its 15th weekend and grossed $2 million.
