Although details of the plot haven't been revealed, yet, we do know that the story will span multiple generations, and its influences include Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" and Edgar Wright's "Baby Driver". Bassett wil star as Anna May, one of the unassuming leaders of a massive armory.
The film will be directed by Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado, best known for helming the 2014 Israeli thriller "Big Bad Wolves". The two also penned the screenplay alongside Ehud Lavski.
Bassett has recently starred in big budget blockbusters like "Black Panther", "Mission: Impossible - Fallout" and "Bumblebee". She is also a regular on "American Horror Story" and "BoJack Horseman". Her future projects include starring opposite Patricia Arquette in the Netflix film "Otherhood".
