Jennifer Lopez ("Atlas") is set to reteam with Netflix on an upcoming romantic comedy titled "Office Romance". Lopez will co-star with "Ted Lasso" star Brett Goldstein.
Goldstein is also writing the script with Joe Kelly. Plot details are not available at this time, and no director has been hired. Kelly worked as a writer and executive producer on "Ted Lasso", and has also written for "Detroiters", "Saturday Night Live" and "How I Met Your Mother".
Lopez's next movie is the sports drama "Unstoppable" directed by William Goldenberg, which will be released by Amazon MGM Studios in December. Centering on real-life wrestler Anthony Robles, the film counts Matt Damon and Lopez’s estranged husband Ben Affleck as producers.
Goldstein is a two-time Emmy Award winner for his breakout role as Roy Kent on the Apple TV+ series "Ted Lasso". His other credits include the romantic feature "All of You", which premiered at TIFF this month, and he also co-created the Apple TV+ series "Shrinking". A fourth season of "Ted Lasso" is expected to be greenlit, as options were picked up for himself, Hannah Waddingham, and Jeremy Swift.
