Mandy Moore to Star in Dan Fogelman's Upcoming NFL Series

Mandy Moore Dan Fogelman Nfl Series

Emmy-nominated "This is Us" star Mandy Moore and creator Dan Fogelman are set to reteam for an upcoming series set within the NFL. Developed at Hulu, the untitled series was originally announced in October 2024. Exact plot and character details have not been revealed, aside from the fact the show is set inside the world of the NFL with a generational family component. 20th Television will produce.

Moore will star alongside Christopher Meloni and William H. Macy. Moore will play the daughter of the team owner, played by Macy. Meloni will play the head coach. Fogelman is the writer and executive producer on the series. Jess Rosenthal also execuctive produces along with David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, and Jason T. Reed for Skydance Sports. Fogelman is currently under an overall deal at 20th Television.

Moore previously starred in Fogelman's NBC drama "This Is Us" throughout its six-season run. Meanwhile, the new series is Fogelman's second colalboration with Hulu, following the streamer's political thriller series "Paradise" starring Sterling K. Brown, which is getting a second season next year.

Moore recently finished filming the comedy "The Breadwinner", in which she stars alongside Nate Bargatze, Will Forte, Kumail Nanjiani and Colin Jost.
