Mation Cotillard Picture

Oscar winner Marion Cotillard has signed on to star in the fourth season of the drama series "The Morning Show". The cast also includes Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm and Nicole Beharie.

Cotillard will star as Celine Dumont, a character described as a savvy operator from a storied European family. The series explores the cutthroat world of morning news and the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning, and ended on another big cliffhanger with its third season. Season 3 of "The Morning Show" aired on Apple between September and November 2023. The show was renewed for its fourth season ahead of the Season 3 premiere.

The series was developed by Kerry Ehrin. Aniston and Witherspoon both serve as executive producers in addition to starring. Witherspoon executive produces via Hello Sunshine, Candle Media company, along with Lauren Neustadter, while Aniston executive produces under her Echo Films banner with Kristin Hahn. Charlotte Stoudt serves as executive producer and showrunner under her overall deal with Apple TV+. Mimi Leder is executive producer and director, also under her overall deal. Micheal Ellenberg executive produces, with Media Res producing.

Cotillard recently starred in the docudrama "Little Girl Blue", for which she received a Cesar Award nomination. Later this year, she will be seen in Ellen Kuras's biopic "Lee" alongside Kate Winsley.
