BRIDGERTON Star Regé-Jean Page Joins DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Film

BRIDGERTON Star Regé-Jean Page Joins DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Film
Rege-Jean Page ("Bridgerton") is set to star in the upcoming film adaptation of Hasbro's popular game "Dungeons & Dragons".

The film will be directed by "Game Night" helmers Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley. Goldstein and Daley also penned the latest version of the script based on a previous draft by Michael Gilio. The duo previously wrote the screenplay for "Spider-Man: Homecoming".

Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez and Justice Smith are already set to star in the film.

The film is based on the tabletop fantasy game often referred to as "D&D" and played by more than 40 million fans since it was first published 46 years ago. This will be the first cinematic project under Hasbro's AllSpark Pictures banner.

Page also appeared in the ABC legal drama "For the People", and the films "Mortal Engines" and "Sylvie's Love".
