"Venom: The Last Dance" still dominates the box-office after a solid second frame drop. It was a relatively quiet pre-election weekend, with only one new wide release, Robert Zemeckis' "Here", which unfortunately could not find an audience.

"Venom: The Last Dance" posted the lowest second weekend drop in the trilogy (-49.2%) and is still the #1 movie over the weekend with $25.9 million. This brings its domestic tally to $89.8 million, while overseas it raked in an additional $227 million for a worldwide total of $316.8 million.
The animated film "The Wild Robot" went up from #3 to #2 with $7.4 million over the weekend, a 9.4% increase from the previous frame. The film has now grossed a total of $121.3 million domestically and $148.5 million overseas. That's a global total of $269.9 million.
"Smile 2" finished its third week in third place with $6.7 million, a 29% decline from last week. The film's domestic total has now reached $52.6 million, and internationally it grossed another $57.1 million. The worldwide cume is now at $109.7 million.
The Vatican thriller "Conclave" is proving to be especially resilient, holding in fourth place with $5 million after an impressive 23.7% drop. The film has grossed $14.9 million, so far.

The film was originally intended for a limited release followed by an expansion on November 15th, but Sony decided to go all in, and it didn't end well. The film cost around $50 million to produce. The critical reception was pretty harsh (36% on Rotten Tomatoes) and audiences were mixed on it ("B-" CinemaScore).
