WGA Awards 2018: The Complete Winners List

wga-2018-jordan-peele-james-ivory

The Writers Guild of America handed out their annual awards during a ceremony that was held at the Beverly Hills Hilton and Edison Ballroom on Sunday. The WGA provided the first major surprise of the awards season when they awarded Best Original Screenplay to Jordan Peele's "Get Out", as all eyes were fixed on Guillermo del Toro's "The Shape of Water" to solidify its Oscar odds. It's also worth mentioning that "Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri" was ineligible for WGA consideration. James Ivory won Best Adapted Screenplay for "Call Me By Your Name".

In the television category, the WGA honored "The Handmaid’s Tale", "Veep" and "Big Little Lies", among others.

Read the complete list of WGA Awards 2018 winners after the jump.
