The casting process for "X-Men: Apocalypse" is underway, and director Bryan Singer has just found the right actors for the roles of the young versions of Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm. The casting of these roles began in November and some of the actors involved included Taron Egerton, Chloe Grace Moretz, Hailee Steinfeld and Saoirse Ronan. Today Singer announced who are the final choices for the characters.

Tye Sheridan ("Mud") has nabbed the role of Cyclops, Sophie Turner ("Game of Thrones") is the choice for Jean Grey, and Alexandra Shipp ("House of Anubis") will play the young Storm. The director announced the casting via Twitter:

"X-Men: Apocalypse" will begin filming in April and will be released in theaters on May 27, 2016.
