Elle Fanning ("Maleficent") is in talks to join the cast of the horror film "The Neon Demon". Directed by Nicolas Winding Refn ("Drive") and written by Refn and Mary Laws, the film is being described as a female-driven horror film" and it follows an aspiring model (Fanning) who "gets caught in a world of beauty and demise". The film will be Refn's next project and is expected to be ready for a 2016 release. Fanning has recently finished filming on Jay Roach's "Trumbo", which also stars Bryan Cranston, and Gaby Dellal's independent film "Three Generations" in which she stars alongside Naomi Watts and Susan Sarandon. She is also set to star alongside Ben Affleck in the actor's next directorial project "Live By Night".
