The World War I epic "1917" has scored another major victory on its road to the Oscars on Saturday, when director Sam Mendes won Outstanding Directorial Achievement in a Theatrical Feature Film at the 72nd annual DGA Awards. In the television categories, Bill Hader won his second Comedy Series award for HBO's "Barry", and Jonah Renck won TV Movie/Limited Series for "Chernobyl". Nicole Kassell won in the Dramatic Series category for her episode of "Watchmen".
