"Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens" is a new comedy series created by and starring comedian/actress Awkwafina ("The Farewell", "Crazy Rich Asians"). The show follows young Asian-American Nora Lum, a 20-something fictionalized version of the actress, who lives in Queens and strives for a larger than life existence. The cast also includes BD Wong, Lori Tan Chinn and Bowen Yang.

"Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens" premiered on January 22, 2020 on Comedy Central. The show has already been renewed for a second season.
