20th Century Fox continues to promote Ridley Scott's "Alien: Covenant", this time through a video showcasing the latest model of synthetics featured in the film.
Directed by Scott's son Luke Scott ("Morgan"), the clip, titled "Meet Walter", is designed like a creepy ad from the future that showcases Walter (Michael Fassbender), the new android from Weyland-Yutani. Hopefully, this one works better than David from "Prometheus" did. Synthetics in the "Alien" universe have a pretty bad reputation, but maybe it's time to change all that. The film also stars Katherine Waterson, Danny McBride, Amy Seimetz, Billy Crudup, Demian Bichir, Tess Haubrich, Nathaniel Dean and Carmen Ejogo.
"Alien: Covenant" opens in theaters on May 19th.
