The third season of the anime series "Jujutsu Kaisen", titled "The Culling Game: Part 1", has premiered on January 9, 2026 with a one-hour special featuring the first two episodes. It also streams internationally via Crunchyroll. Shota Goshozono directs at studio MAPPA, with Hiroshi Seko writing the series composition alongside Yosuke Yajima and Hiromi Niwa on character design and Yoshimasa Teuri composing the music.

"After the unprecedented battle of curses in the Shibuya Incident, the worst sorcerer in history, Noritoshi Kamo, appears. He sets the Culling Game in motion, trapping sorcerers in a deadly battle royale. Meanwhile, Yuji Itadori faces execution at the hands of the Special Grade Sorcerer, Yuta Okkotsu.
