"Waves" is a drama written and directed by Trey Edward Shults ("It Comes At Night"). The film focuses on the epic emotional journey of a suburban African-American family, led by a well-intentioned but domineering father, as they navigate love, forgiveness and coming together in the aftermath of a loss. The cast features Kelvin Harrison Jr., Lucas Hedges, Taylor Russell, Alexa Demie, Sterling K. Brown and Renee Elise Goldberry.

"Waves" opened in theaters on November 15, 2019.
