"Jay and Silent Bob Reboot" is a comedy written, directed and edited by Kevin Smith, and the seventh flm in the filmmaker's View Askewniverse. Jason Mewes and Smith reprise the roles of the titular Jay and Silent Bob, who return to Hollywood to stop a movie reboot of "Bluntman and Chronic" from getting made. The film also stars Harley Quinn Smith, Jason Lee, Brian O'Halloran, Joey Lauren Adams, Shannon Elizabeth, Rosario Dawson, Craig Robinson, Joe Manganiello, Frankie Shaw, Kate Micucci, Tommy Chong, Val Kilmer, Melissa Benoist, Fred Armisen, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

"Jay and Silent Bob Reboot" opened in theaters on October 15, 2019.
