"Daybreak" is a new post-apocalyptic comedy series created by Brad Peyton ("San Andreas", "Rampage") and Aron Eli Coleite ("Star Trek: Discovery" producer).

Based on the comic book series of the same name by Brian Ralph, the show follows 17-year-old high school outcast Josh (Colin Ford), who is searching for his missing girlfriend Sam (Sophie Simnett) in post-apocalyptic Glendale, California, with the help of a ragtag group of misfits. The cast also includes Austin Crute, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Cody Kearsley, Krysta Rodriguez and Matthew Broderick.

"Daybreak" premiered on October 24, 2019 on Netflix.
