The second season of the Netflix-Marvel series "The Punisher" has been released on January 18, 2019. Based on the Marvel Comics of the same name, the show follows Marine veteran Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) who becomes a vigilante after the murder of his family. In the new season Castle is drawn into a mystery surrounding the attempted murder of a young girl (Giorgia Whigham), placing him in the crosshairs of old and new enemies. The cast also includes Ben Barnes, Amber Rose Revah, Jason R. Moore, Deborah Ann Woll, Josh Stewart, Floriana Lima, Corbin Bernsen and Annette O'Toole.

"Former marine-turned-vigilante Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) has been living a quiet life on the road until he suddenly becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a young girl (Giorgia Whigham).
