SUMMER POCKETS Anime Series Trailer, Clip, Images and Poster

"Summer Pockets" is a new anime series based on the visual novel game of the same name. The original visual novel was first released by Key in June 2018 for PC, iOS, and Android. Switch and Steam versions were released in 2019 and 2020, respectively.

The series is directed by Tomoki Kobayashi ("Remake Our Life!"), Keiichiro Ochi ("The Many Sides of Voice Actor Radio") is composition writer, while character designs are handled by Mai Otsuka ("How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom"). The animation studio feel. ("ISLAND") is producing.

The voice cast includes Shoya Chiba, Konomi Kohara, Natsumi Takamori, Emiri Iwai and Nene Hieda. The video game's opening and ending songs "Alkatale" and "Lasting Moment" by Konomi Suzuki will also open and close the anime series.

"Summer Pockets" premiered on April 7, 2025, on Tokyo MX and other networks, and is now streaming on Crunchyroll.

"Carême" is a historical dramedy series based on the book "Cooking for Kings: The Life of Antonin Carême, the First Celebrity Chef" by multi-award-winning historian and actor Ian Kelly ("The King's Man").

The show chronicles the rise of Napoleon-era chef Antonin Careme who became known as the world's first celebrity chef. His newfound fame, however, attracted the attention of renowned and powerful politicians who used him as a spy for France.

Created by Kelly and Davide Serino ("The Bad Guy", "M. Son of the Century" , "Esterno notte"), the series stars Benjamin Voisin, Lyna Khoudri, Jeremie Renier, Eric Geynes, Jonas Bachan, Juliette Armanet and Lolita Chammah.

"Carême" premiered on April 30, 2025 on Apple TV+.

SUSPECT: THE SHOOTING OF JEAN CHARLES DE MENEZES Miniseries Trailer, Images and Poster

"Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes" is a fact-based miniseries set in 2005 London that tells the story of an extraordinary series of events during a surveillance operation that led to the misidentification of an innocent young Brazilian as a suspect, resulting in his fatal shooting. As his relatives battle misinformation, they find support from an unlikely source, and the Metropolitan Police Service is plunged into crisis, forced to confront hard-truths about the shooting.

The series is directed by Paul Andrew Williams and written by Jeff Pope. The cast includes Daniel Mays, Russell Tovey, Laura Aikman, Alex Jennings, Conleth Hill, Emily Mortimer and Max Beesley. It premiered on Hulu and Disney+ on April 30, 2025.

Tom Ellis To Lead New FBI Series For CBS

CBS has officially greenlit a new "FBI" spinoff series that will focus on CIA agents and will star Tom Ellis ("Lucifer") in the lead role. The show, which hails from writers Dick Wolf and David Hudgins, is currently titled "CIA" and will premiere during the 2025-2026 broadcast season.

The show began development in January, and was originally going to start out with a backdoor pilot, with characters introduced during an episode of the current season of "FBI". Casting for the remaining roles, including the second lead, is ongoing.

The show's official logline reads as follows:

"'CIA' is a one hour crime drama centered on two unlikely partners – a fast-talking, rule-breaking loose cannon CIA case officer (Ellis), and a by-the-book, seasoned and smart FBI agent who believes in the rule of law. When this odd couple are assigned to work out of CIA's New York Station, they must learn to work together to investigate cases and criminals posing threats on U.S. soil, finding that their differences may actually be their strength."

Wolf and Hudgins are executive producers along with Nicole Perlman, David Chasteen, and Peter Jankowski, with Hudgins set as showrunner. Universal Television produces in association with Wolf Entertainment and CBS Studios.

"FBI: Most Wanted" and "FBI: International" have been canceled at CBS. Meanwhile, the original "FBI" series was renewed for three additional seasons in 2024.

Ellis is also set to star opposite Sterling K. Brown in the upcoming Hulu limited series "Washington Black".
