"Ant-Man and the Wasp" is the twentieth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and a sequel to 2015's "Ant-Man". The first film's director Peyton Reed is back, as well as stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena and Michael Douglas. They are joined by newcomers Michelle Pfeiffer, Hannah John-Kamen, Laurence Fishburne and Walton Goggins.

"Ant-Man and the Wasp" opened in theaters on July 6, 2018 and received mixed-to-positive reviews from critics. The film is expected to gross around $90 million in its opening weekend from 4,206 theaters. It already brought in an impressive $11.5 million from Thursday night previews.

In the aftermath of "Captain America: Civil War," Scott Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past."
