The cast for the sequel "It: Chapter 2" is shaping up nicely with two new additions. Andy Bean ("Here and Now", "Power") and James Ransone ("Generation Kill", "The Wire") have joined the cast as the adult versions of Stanley Uris and Eddie Kaspbrak, respectively. The characters were played by Wyatt Oleff and Jack Dylan Grazer in the first film.
The cast already includes Jessica Chastain as Beverly, James McAvoy as Bill, Bill Hader as Richie, and Bill Skarsgard returning as Pennywise the Clown. Remaining Losers Club members Ben, Mike and Stan are still in the process of being cast. Production is expected to begin later this summer and the film will be released on September 6, 2019.
Based on the second part of Stephen King's 1986 novel "It", the sequel is set 27 years after the events of the first film as the grown up members of the "Losers Club" return to their hometown to do battle once again with the evil Pennywise.
