"Frontier Crucible" is a western thriller directed by Travis Mills from a script by S. Craig Zahler ("Bone Tomahawk") based on the novel "Desert Stake-Out" by Harry Whittington. The cast includes Armie Hammer, Myles Clohessy, Thomas Jane, William H. Macy, Mary Stickley and Eli Brown. It was released in select theaters and via streaming on December 5, 2025.

"A desperately needed wagon full of medical supplies falls victim to an Apache attack. The only man who can guide it through to its destination is Merrick Beckford, but in order to get there, he'll need to enlist the help of a trio of dangerous outlaws hell-bent on survival.
