"The Man in My Basement" is a thriller directed by Nadia Latif in her feature directorial debut from a script co-written by Latif and Walter Mosley based on the latter's 2004 novel. The cast includes Corey Hawkins, Willem Dafoe, Anna Diop and Tamara Lawrance. The film premiered at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival, it opened in select theaters on September 12, 2025, and was released via streaming on September 25, 2025.
