"Roofman" is a true crime comedy directed by Derek Cianfrance ("The Place Beyond the Pines") from a script co-written by Cianfrance and Kirt Gunn loosely based on the life of real-life spree robber Jeffrey Manchester. The film stars Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, Ben Mendelsohn, LaKeith Stanfield, Juno Temple, Melonie Diaz, Uzo Aduba, Lily Collias, Jimmy O. Yang and Peter Dinklage. It premiered at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival, and opened in theates on October 10th.
