"Aema" is a South Korean historical dramedy series created by Lee Hae-young that is set against the backdrop of 1980s Korean cinema as two actresses collaborate on the real-life 1982 erotic drama "Madame Aema" which was based on the novel by Jo Su-bi. The cast includes Lee Hanee, Bang Hyo-rin, Jin Sun-kyu, Hyo-rin Bang, Jin Seon-kyu and Cho Hyun-chul. The limited series premiered on August 22, 2025 on Netflix.
