"The Life List" is a romantic comedy written and directed by Adam Brooks ("Definitely, Maybe") based on the novel of the same name by Lori Nelson Spielman.

The film stars Sofia Carson as a young woman who is sent on a quest to complete a childhood bucket list by her dying mother (Connie Britton), and in the process uncovers family secrets, finds romance, and rediscovers herself. Kyle Allen, Sebastian de Souza, Jose Zuniga and Jordi Molla co-star.

"The Life List" premiered on March 28, 2025 on Netflix.
