"Orion and the Dark" is an animated fantasy adventure comedy film directed by Sean Charmatz in his feature directorial debut from a script by Charlie Kaufman ("Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"), Emma Yarlett and Lloyd Taylor ("Nimona"). The voice cast includes Jacob Tremblay, Paul Walter Hauser, Angela Bassett, Colin Hanks, Natasia Demetriou, Nat Faxon, Aparna Nancherla, Matt Dellapina and Carla Gugino. The film premiered on February 2, 2024 on Netflix.
