New Trailers: THIS IS ME...NOW - A LOVE STORY, FALLEN LEAVES, ORION AND THE DARK, SEIZE THEM!, DEPARTING SENIORS and GOLDEN YEARS

This Is Me Now A Love Story Jennifer Lopez Trailer

Today we have new trailers for:
  • Jennifer Lopez's "This Is Me... Now: A Love Story", a musical companion to her recent studio album of the same name.
  • The Finnish-German romantic dramedy "Fallen Leaves" written and directed by Finnish filmmaker Aki Kaurismaki. The film stars Alma Poysti and Jussi Vatanen.
  • Netflix's animated fantasy comedy "Orion and the Dark" penned by Charlie Kaufman ("Adaptation"). Produced by DreamWorks Animation, this Netflix animated film is an adaptation of the award-winning children's book of the same name by Emma Yarlett.
  • The British medieval spoof "Seize Them!" starring Aimee Lou Wood ("Sex Education") and Nicola Coughlan ("Bridgerton").
  • The high school comedy "Departing Seniors" starring Ignacio Diaz-Silverio. ("Primo").
  • The Swiss dramedy "Die goldenen Jahre" / "Golden Years" directed by Barbara Kulcsar and written aby Petra Volpe. The film stars Esther Gemsch, Stefan Kurt, Ueli Jäggi and Elvira Pluss.

Synopsis:


"Alice and Peter are celebrating their retirement – and with it, a new phase in their lives. However, shortly after the couple’s retirement party, a sudden tragedy befalls Alice’s best friend Magalie. Peter, sympathetic to the suffering of Magalie’s widower, Heinz, invites him on the retirement cruise their children gave them. Alice had hoped this trip would infuse fresh life into their marriage, but instead of enjoying their time together, they find themselves drifting further apart. Disappointed and hurt, Alice doesn’t reboard the cruise ship during a shore excursion and instead embarks on a journey of self-discovery, taking her across Southern Europe and bringing her into a community of older people finding joy outside traditional notions of gender, marriage, and the later years of one’s life. Barbara Kulcsar (The Two of Us, Blush) directs from a screenplay by Petra Volpe (Heidi, The Divine Order), skillfully balancing drama and comedy in an affectionate story of an older couple."
