The action thriller "Extraction 2" is a sequel to the 2020 film "Extraction", and it's directed by Sam Hargrave from a script by Joe Russo based on the graphic novel "Ciudad" by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Fernando Leon Gonzalez and Eric Skillman. The cast includes Chris Hemsworth, Golshifteh Farahani, Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, Tinatin Dalakishvili and Idris Elba. The film premiered on June 16, 2023 on Netflix.
