"Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" is the seventh installment in the sci-fi action film franchise based on the Hasbro toy line. The new installment is directed by Steven Caple Jr. ("Creed 2") from a script by Joby Harold, Darnell Metayer, Josh Peters, Erich Hoeber and Jon Hoeber, and it serves as a sequel to 2018's "Bumblebee" and a prequel to 2007's "Transformers".

The cast includes Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Velez and Michael Kelly, and the voice performances of Peter Cullen, John DiMaggio, David Sobolov, Ron Perlman, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Yeoh, Liza Koshy, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Pete Davidson, Colman Domingo, Cristo Fernández and Tongayi Chirisa.

The film opened in theaters on June 9, 2023.
