"Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway" is a live-action/CG-animated adventure comedy directed by Will Gluck ("Peter Rabbit", "Easy A") from a script co-written by Gluck and Patrick Burleigh.

The film is a sequel to the 2018 film "Peter Rabbit", and it stars Domhnall Gleeson, Rose Byrne and David Oyelowo alongside the voices of James Corden, Elizabeth Debicki, Margot Robbie, Aimee Horne, Lennie James, Hayley Atwell and Sia.

"Peter Rabbit 2" was originally scheduled for release in February 2020, but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was eventually released in theaters on March 25, 2021 in Australia, May 17th in the UK, and June 11th in the US.

"Bea, Thomas and the rabbits have created a makeshift family, but despite his best efforts, Peter can't seem to shake his mischievous reputation. Venturing out of the garden, Peter finds himself in a world where his mischief is appreciated. However, when his family risks everything to come looking for him, Peter must figure out what kind of bunny he wants to be."
