"Awake" is a thriller directed by Mark Raso ("Kodachrome") from a script he co-wrote alongside Joseph Raso.

Set after a devastating global event wipes out all electronics and eliminates people's ability to sleep, the film stars Gina Rodriguez as a former soldier with a troubled past, who may hold the key to a cure in the form of her own daughter. Ariana Greenblatt, Barry Pepper, Fin Jones, Frances Fisher, Gil Belows and Jennifer Jason Leigh co-star.

The film premiered on June 9, 2021 on Netflix.
