"Coastal Elites" is a TV comedy directed by Jay Roach ("Bombshell") from a script by Paul Rudnick ("In & Out", "Sister Act"). The film follows five people who make confessions under quarantine that touch on their lives during the 2020 pandemic and living in a world of deeply divided politics. The cast features Bette Midler, Sarah Paulson, Kaitlyn Dever, Dan Levy and Issa Rae.

"Coastal Elites" premiered on September 12, 2020 on HBO.
