"Pure" is a British dramedy series based on the book of the same name by Rose Cartwright. The show is directed by Aneil Karia and Alicia Macdonald and written by Kirstie Swain. It stars Charly Clive as 24-year-old Marnie, who moves to London to start a new life, but finds it very difficult to block out the unwanted x-rated thoughts in her head that result from a form of OCD. The cast also includes Joe Cole, Kiran Sonia Sawar, Niamh Algar, Anthony Welsh, Doon Mackichan and Jing Lusi.

"Pure" premiered on Channel 4 in the U.K. on February 14, 2020, and on August 27, 2020 it was released via HBO Max. A second season has been confirmed.
