"Bill & Ted Face the Music" is a sci-fi comedy directed by Dean Parisot ("Galaxy Quest") from a script by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon ("Men in Black"), the writers of the first two films in the series.

Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves reprise the roles of the titular heroes and would-be rockers, who now find themselves as middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfill their destiny. When a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it, the set out on another time-travel adventure to seek the song that will set their world right and bring harmony in the universe as we know it.

The film also stars Samara Weaving, Brigette Lundy-Paine, William Sadler, Kristen Schaal, Jayma Mays, Kid Cudi and Jillian Bell.

"Bill & Ted Face the Music" was released in theaters and via streaming on August 28, 2020.

"The stakes are higher than ever for the time-traveling exploits of William "Bill" S. Preston Esq. and Theodore "Ted" Logan. Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle aged best friends set out on a new adventure when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it.
