"The Morning Show" is a new drama series created by Jay Carson based on journalist Brian Stelter's book "Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV".

The show stars Jennifer Aniston as Alex Levy, anchorwoman on The Morning Show, whose partner of 15 years is fired amidst a sexual misconduct scandal. Alex fights to retain her while sparking a rivalry with Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon), a haphazard field reporter whose series of impulsive decisions bring her into a new world of TV journalism. The cast also includes Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Nestor Carbonell, Bel Powley and Jack Davenport.

"The Morning Show" premiered on November 1, 2019 on Apple TV+.
