"Unbelievable" is a fact-based miniseries created by "Erin Brockovich" scribe Susannah Grant, Ayelet Waldman and Michael Chabon based on the Pulitzer-winning article "An Unbelievable Story of Rape" by T. Christian Miller (ProPublica) and Ken Armstrong (The Marshall Project).

The series tells the stort of Marie (Kaitlyn Dever), a teenager who was charged with lying about having been raped, and the two female detectives who followed a twisting path to arrive at the truth. The cast also includes Toni Collette, Merritt Wever and Danielle Macdonald.

"Unbelievable" premiered on September 13, 2019 on Netflix.
