"Where'd You Go, Bernadette" is a dramedy directed by Richard Linklater ("Boyhood") from a script he co-wrote alongside Holly Gent & Vincent Palmo Jr. ("Me and Orson Welles") based on the novel of the same name by Maria Semple.

The film stars Cate Blanchett as Bernadette Fox, a loving mom who becomes compelled to reconnect with her creative passions after years of sacrificing herself for her family. Her leap of faith takes her on an epic adventure that jump-starts her life and leads to her triumphant rediscovery. The cast also includes Billy Crudup, Emma Nelson, Kristen Wiig, James Urbaniak, Judy Greer, Laurence Fishburne, Steve Zahn and Megan Mullally.

"Where'd You Go, Bernadette" opened in theaters on August 16, 2019 and received mixed reviews from critics. It grossed $3.5 million in its opening weekend, finishing outside the Top 10.
