"The Red Sea Diving Resort" is a fact-based thriller written and directed by Gideon Raff, the creator of the Israeli drama series "Prisoners of War" and its American adaptation, "Homeland".

The film chronicles the rescue efforts of Operation Brothers, in 1984, in which a group of international agents and brave Ethiopians used a deserted holiday retreat in Sudan as a front to smuggle thousands of refugees to Israel. The cast features Chris Evans, Michael Kenneth Williams, Haley Bennett, Michiel Huisman, Alessandro Nivola, Greg Kinnear, Alona Tal and Ben Kingsley.

"The Red Sea Diving Resort" premiered at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival and was released on July 31, 2019 by Netflix.
