"Anna" is an action thriller written, produced and directed by "Leon" and "The Fifth Element" French filmmaker Luc Besson. Russian supermodel Sasha Luss makes her acting debut (if you don't count her CGI/motion-capture appearance in "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets") as the titular KGB assassin, whose striking beauty hides a secret that will unleash her indelible strength and skill to become one of the world's most feared government assassins. Luke Evans, Helen Mirren, Cillian Murphy, Alexander Petrov and Nikita Pavlenko co-star.

"Anna" opened in theaters in the U.S. on June 21, 2019 and received mixed reviews from critics. The film will be released in France on July 7, 2019.
