  • The shark thriller sequel "47 Meters Down: Uncaged", which is once again directed by British horror filmmaker Johannes Roberts. The film stars Sophie Nelisse ("The Book Thief"), Corinne Foxx (daughter of Jamie Foxx), Sistine Stallone (daughter of Sylvester Stallone) and Brianne Tju ("Light as a Feather").
  • The British drama "The Flood" starring Lena Headey, Iain Glen and Ivanno Jeremiah.
  • The thriller "In Fabric" from acclaimed horror director Peter Strickland. The film stars Marianne Jean-Baptiste ("Without a Trace"), Gwendoline Christine ("Game of Thrones") and Julian Barratt ("The Mighty Boosh").

47 Meters Down: Uncaged (August 16, 2019)

JUMP BACK TO TOP

The Flood (June 21, 2019 - U.K.)

JUMP BACK TO TOP

Director: Anthony Woodley

Starring: Lena Headey, Iain Glen, Ivanno Jeremiah

Synopsis:

"Wendy (Lena Headey), a hardened immigration officer is offered a high-profile asylum case, judged on her ability to quickly and clinically reject applicants. Through her interrogation, she must uncover whether Haile (Ivanno Jeremiah) is lying and has a more sinister reason for seeking asylum.

We follow Haile on his perilous 5000 KM journey over oceans, across borders, and amidst the flurry of the Calais Jungle to find solace and safety in the UK. But now he must cross the final hurdle. Based on multiple true stories, The Flood is a thoughtful and timely reflection on the humanity within the refugee crisis."

In Fabric (Coming Soon)

JUMP BACK TO TOP

Director: Peter Strickland

Starring: Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Fatma Mohamed, Gwendoline Christie, Julian Barratt, Hayley Squires, Leo Bill

Synopsis:

"A lonely woman (Marianne Jean-Baptiste), recently separated from her husband, visits a bewitching London department store in search of a dress that will transform her life. She's fitted with a perfectly flattering, artery-red gown -- which, in time, will come to unleash a malevolent curse and unstoppable evil, threatening everyone who comes into its path.

From acclaimed horror director Peter Strickland (the singular auteur behind the sumptuous sadomasochistic romance The Duke of Burgundy and auditory gaillo-homage Berberian Sound Studio) comes a truly nightmarish film, at turns frightening, seductive, and darkly humorous. Channeling voyeuristic fantasies of high fashion and bloodshed, In Fabric is Strickland's most twisted and brilliantly original vision yet."
