"Poms" is a comedy directed by documentary filmmaker Zara Hayes ("Dian Fossey: Secrets in the Mist") from a script by Shane Atkinson. The film tells the story of a woman (Diane Keaton) who moves into a retirement community and starts a cheerleading squad with her fellow residents. The cast also includes Jacki Weaver, Pam Grier, Celia Weston, Rhea Perlman, Phyllis Somerville, Alisha Boe and Bruce McGill.

"Poms" opened in theaters on May 10, 2019 and received mostly negative reviews from critics.
