"The Romanoffs" is a new eight-episode drama series from "Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner. Written, produced and directed by Weiner, the show is set around the globe, centering on separate stories about people who believe themselves to be descendants of the Russian royal family. The cast includes Aaron Eckhart, Marthe Keller, Corey Stoll, Kerry Bishe, Janet Montgomery, Noah Wyle, Christina Hendricks, Isabelle Huppert, Jack Huston, Paul Reiser, Amanda Peet, John Slattery, Diane Lane, Ron Livingston, Radha Mitchell, Kathryn Hahn, Clea Duvall and Hugh Skinner.

"The Romanoffs" was delayed due to sexual harassment scandals involving both its creator and the original producing studio The Weinstein Company. The first two episodes were released on October 12, 2018 via Amazon Prime Video. The following six will arrive weekly on Fridays.
