"22 July" is a true story drama written and directed by Paul Greengrass ("Captain Phillips") based on the book "One of Us" by Asne Seierstad. The film chronicles the aftermath of Norway's deadliest terrorist attack, which took place on July 22nd, 2011, which resulted in the death of 77 people. It features a Norwegian cast and crew. The cast includes Jon Øigarden, Thorbjørn Harr, Anders Danielsen Lie, Seda Witt, Isak Bakli Aglen and Mikkel Bratt Silset.

"22 July" premiered at the 75th Venice International Film Festival, where it won the SIGNIS Award (honorable mention) and was also nominated for the Golden Lion. The film was released on October 10, 2018 by Netflix, and it received mostly positive reviews from critics.

"In 22 July, Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Paul Greengrass (Captain Phillips, United 93) tells the true story of the aftermath of Norway's deadliest terrorist attack. On 22 July 2011, 77 people were killed when a far-right extremist detonated a car bomb in Oslo before carrying out a mass shooting at a leadership camp for teens. 22 July uses the lens of one survivor's physical and emotional journey to portray the country's path to healing and reconciliation."
