inXile Entertainment's "Torment: Tides of Numenera" is a thematic successor to the highly acclaimed RPG "Planescape: Torment" that was originally launched on Kickstarter in early 2013.

The game promises an immersive single-player campaign featuring the classic isometric view and story-driven gameplay set in the Numenera universe. Replayability is also an important factor, as players are given the power to make decisions that will impact your reputation and dictate how characters react to your actions. Combat will combine old-school fights with environmental puzzles, social interaction, stealth, and more.

"Torment: Tides of Numenera" will be released on PC early next year. It is currently available on Steam as Early Access.
