Critical Response : Negative. The general consensus seems to point out that "Man on a Ledge" executes some radical leaps in the way the plot is conceived, and not in a good way. The characters are provided with no credible motivations and their actions lack reasoning, or any kind of logic, for that matter. Some bad casting decisions also hinder the overall production. Despite being hyped as an intelligent thriller, it's nothing but standard genre fare. Rated 22% on Rottentomatoes.com from 17 positive and 65 negative reviews (Average Score : 4.6 out of 10).
