In Theaters : WHAT'S YOUR NUMBER ? (2011)

Official Synopsis : Anna Faris is Ally Darling, who after reading a magazine article that leads her to believe she's going to be forever alone, begins a wild search for the best "ex" of her life.

Genre: Comedy

What to Expect : A run-of-the-mill romantic comedy. Still, at least they had the cojones to go for the R rating, which makes this a raunchy run-of-the-mill romantic comedy. Anna Faris gets her part right, but the movie somehow lets her down. Strictly for those of you looking for a light week-end at the movies.

Critical Response : Negative. Although Anna Faris received some praise for her comic performance, the movie was ultimately dismissed as a simplistic and routine comedy. Many critics compared it negatively to "Bridesmaids", another female R-rated comedy, except for Leonard Maltin who disliked "Bridesmaids", but enjoyed this one. Rated 22% on Rottentomatoes.com from 17 positive and 59 negative reviews.
