Ryan Reynolds returns as the "merc with the mouth" in "Deadpool 2". Directed by David Leitch ("John Wick"), the sequel finds Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, in the process of putting together a team of mutants called X-Force in order to protect a young mutant (Julian Dennison) who is being hunted by time travelling cybernetic mutant soldier Cable (Josh Brolin).

The cast also includes Zazie Beetz, Brianna Hildebrand, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Stefan Kapičić, Terry Crews, Lewis tan, Bill Skarsgard, Rob Delaney, Shioli Kutsuna and Jack Kesy.

"Deadpool 2" opened in theaters on May 18, 2018 and received mostly positive reviews from critics. It is expected to gross over $130 million in its opening weekend after an impressive $18.6 million earned from Thursday night previews, a record for an R-rated film.

"After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Miami's hottest bartender, while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste.
